The first step to a loss of power is to check if it is a Western Power issue or an issue within your home. Head to your meter box or main switchboard where your meter is located. If no switches are turned into the OFF position, it is likely to be an issue with the network (Western Power) and you most likely do not need an electrician. However, if a switch has tripped off, it will need further investigating and one of our team members will be able to help.
